Dr. Donald Cyborski graduated from the University of Illinois Medical School in 1976. After completing his three year residency at the University of Illinois in 1979, he worked in the Emergency Department at Northwest Community Hospital until 1981 and has since practiced Internal Medicine in the community. Theodore Morrison Homa MD CMD
Dr. Theodore Morrison Homa is a graduate of St. Louis University School of Medicine. His post-graduate training in Internal Medicine was at the University of Connecticut. He is board Certified in Internal Medicine and is a Certified Medical Director in long term care. He has been practicing since 1977 in Internal Medicine, geriatrics and long term care. As such, he is one of the group’s physicians treating patients in skilled care nursing facilities as well as outpatients in a campus-based clinic on the grounds of the Lutheran Home in Arlington Heights. Dr. Theodore Morrison Homa is dedicated to carefully listening to patients and their families in order to provide the highest level of care and satisfaction.
Steven Kim M.D.
Dr. Steven Kim grew up in the northwest suburbs and has been serving the same community since he finished his training. He did his undergraduate work at Stanford University in California. He graduated from medical school and completed his residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Steven Kim is interested in geriatrics, and goes to several extended-care facilities in the area. Dr. Steven Kim and his wife enjoy traveling.
